The accident occurred around 4:10 p.m. when a Chevy Avalanche collided with a semi-truck, causing the pickup to catch fire. The driver of the pickup was trapped inside the vehicle and died at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck remained at the scene and was not impaired. No arrests have been made.
