Bellevue Police have arrested a 21-year-old resident following a raid on a Lakemont rental home that was promoted online as a glamorous party venue, as part of an ongoing human trafficking investigation that officers say involved the coercion of young women into producing explicit content for money.

Detectives say the property was used to host large gatherings advertised across social media and adult content platforms. Over several months, officers logged more than 100 incidents at the address, ranging from assault and weapons complaints to reports of minors in possession of alcohol. Some events drew more than 300 attendees, including teenagers.

The 21-year-old resident was taken into custody on suspicion of second-degree human trafficking, leading organised crime, and money laundering. Officers seized evidence during the raid and impounded two luxury vehicles including a black McLaren. No name has been publicly released as prosecutors have not yet formally filed charges.

The Bellevue Police Department is using the case as a direct warning to parents. Captain Joe Nault said officers observed parents dropping off high school-aged children at the home, likely unaware of what was taking place inside. “Officers witnessed numerous parents dropping off high-school-aged children at this home, likely unaware of the environment and activities taking place inside,” Nault said. His advice was straightforward: know who is hosting an event your teenager wants to attend, and check what is being advertised online about it before allowing them to go.

The investigation is ongoing.
