If you have ever wanted to refresh your wardrobe without spending a fortune, a Seattle-based fashion event is making that easier than ever. The Second Edit is a twice-monthly warehouse pop-up from local fashion rental company Armoire, and the concept is exactly as good as it sounds: every single item is $10.

The sale brings thousands of gently used pieces together under one roof, with inventory pulled directly from Armoire’s curated rental collection rather than donations. That distinction matters. Shoppers are not sorting through random castoffs, they are browsing contemporary, trend-relevant labels including Scotch and Soda, Express, Ann Taylor, and more, spanning dresses, denim, workwear, and everyday basics.

Rozita Ghaderi, Director of Retail at Armoire, said the event was created to fill a gap in Seattle’s resale market. “Seattle has an incredible sustainability mindset, but there wasn’t a large-scale, highly curated resale event that offered thousands of contemporary styles at truly accessible prices,” she said. The format is designed to remove the friction that often comes with secondhand shopping. “There’s no pricing guesswork. Everything is $10. It removes friction and makes it fun,” Ghaderi added.

The atmosphere sets it apart from a typical thrift store browse. The warehouse sales are intentionally high-energy and communal, drawing shoppers who come with friends, work the racks together, and treat the outing as a social event as much as a shopping trip. The sustainability angle resonates strongly in Seattle, and Ghaderi said the accessible price point is key to bringing more people into circular fashion. “Not everyone is ready to rent or invest in higher-priced resale,” she said. “But almost everyone is open to a $10 fashion find.”

The Second Edit is located at 4786 1st Avenue S, Suite 105 in Seattle. Sales run twice monthly with a limited window to shop, and inventory moves quickly given the volume of shoppers and the price point.

This weekend, the event returns for a two-day sale on 28 and 29 March, running from 10am to 5pm both days. The sale includes both women’s and men’s inventory, and shoppers can take advantage of a buy-five-get-one-free offer. Bring your own bag.
