A desperate search is underway for a missing 14-year-old girl from Everett, Washington, who vanished after school earlier this week. The Everett Police Department has launched an active investigation, while the teenager’s family pleads for the community’s help in locating their daughter.

The missing teen, whose disappearance has sparked growing concern among local residents and law enforcement, was last seen on May 21, 2025, shortly after the school day ended. According to her family, she failed to return home that afternoon — something completely out of character. After attempting to reach her by phone and contacting friends, her parents reported her missing to authorities.

Surveillance footage obtained by police and shared by the family reveals the teen in the company of several unknown adult males shortly before she went missing. This has intensified fears about her safety, prompting investigators to treat the case as a possible abduction. Law enforcement officials are working around the clock to identify the individuals seen with her and to trace her last known whereabouts.

The girl is described as approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing around 110 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. On the day she disappeared, she was wearing a gray hoodie, jeans, and black sneakers. She may have been carrying a backpack with school supplies.

Detectives are urging anyone who may have seen the girl or has information about the individuals she was last seen with to come forward immediately. Tips can be submitted anonymously through the Everett Police Department’s tip line. The department has also requested that residents in the surrounding neighborhoods check any available security camera footage from the afternoon of May 21 for potential sightings.

In an emotional statement, the girl’s mother shared her heartbreak and concern, urging the public not to overlook the situation. “She is just a child. We are begging for anyone who knows anything to speak up. We just want our daughter home safe.”

This case has garnered significant media attention in the Pacific Northwest and is rapidly spreading through social media channels. Posts using hashtags such as #FindHer and #MissingInEverett have circulated widely, with users sharing her photo and story in hopes of generating leads.

As the investigation continues, Everett police remain committed to bringing the girl home safely. The department is coordinating with regional and federal agencies, and they have not ruled out the possibility of issuing an AMBER Alert if new evidence supports such action.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Everett Police Department at (425) 257-8400. Even the smallest tip could help reunite a frightened family with their missing daughter.
