Police arrested five people in connection with a drug operation near a Lacey middle school accused of selling drugs, nicotine products, and alcohol to children as young as 13.

Authorities conducted surveillance on the home for months, observing more than 150 kids entering and leaving the house on a single school day. The five arrested face multiple drug and gun charges for selling to minors.

Police were tipped off to the operation in December after multiple parents reported their children buying marijuana from a seller in Lacey known as “Mama Green.” Neighbors near the home off College St SE and 40th Ln SE said they had noticed suspicious activity for over a year and repeatedly called police.

Court documents and jail records reveal Cedrida Lynette Green, known as “Mama Green,” and four others were arrested after police surveilled the home near Komachin Middle School. Police informants made five controlled purchases at the location since December. According to court documents, Green used a medical marijuana card to buy bulk product at a discount, then marked the marijuana up by 20 to 30 percent.

On Wednesday, the Thurston County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on the home, seizing guns, ammunition, marijuana, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and more than $25,000 in cash. Police also arrested Jade Nykole Green, Jacob Jamaal Green, Tanner Vincent Hall, and Xavier Thomas Lamar.

Three suspects have been released from jail, and two remain in custody. All five are expected back in court next week.
