Man found Dead in Overnight Renton Shooting as King County Deputies Investigates

The King County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a fatal overnight shooting that left one man dead in the Fairwood area of Renton. Deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex situated along Southeast Petrovitsky Road late Sunday night following reports of gunfire received by emergency dispatchers
According to official reports, the incident occurred just before 11:00 p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered a male victim who appeared to have sustained at least one fatal gunshot wound. Despite the arrival of emergency medical personnel, the man was pronounced dead at the scene, though his identity has not yet been released to the public
Initial findings from the scene suggest that the perpetrator had already fled the premises by the time deputies reached the complex.
