More than 3,000 people and businesses lost power across Seattle on Sunday morning, with outages stretching from the western side of Lake Union up through Ballard and the Discovery Park area before service was restored just after 1 p.m.
The outage began just before 11 a.m. on 15 June. Seattle City Light restored service to affected customers by 12:59 p.m. The cause of the outage remained under investigation heading into the afternoon.
