Seattle Police have been just discovered three handguns, one of which is a homemade “ghost gun” and a Glock 45 pistol, as the investigations for the deadly shooting at the Bite of Seattle festival ensues. Detectives also recovered 14 shell casings from the scene, with ballistic tests underway to determine which weapons were fired.

Police said a 15 year old suspect was arrested with a 9mm Polymer 80 ghost gun fitted with a 33 round extended magazine. Investigators also found a Glock 45 with a 40 round magazine during cleanup at the venue. A third handgun was recovered but is not believed to have been used in the shooting.

Authorities believe the violence stemmed from a targeted, gang-related confrontation between the 15 year old suspect and 19 year old Junior Cee Niko Semo, who was killed. Police said everyone else who died or was injured in the shooting were innocent bystanders.

As the investigation continues, police are searching for a possible third suspect and have urged anyone with information or video evidence to come forward. The Seattle Police Department also announced plans to increase security at upcoming summer festivals, concerts, and other public events.
