Seattle, WA – Tom’s Watch Bar, a fast-growing leader in sports viewing and entertainment, has announced the grand opening of its latest location in Seattle Center, adjacent to the renowned Climate Pledge Arena.

Situated on Lenny Wilkens Way in Seattle’s vibrant Uptown district, the new venue offers a fresh destination for sports enthusiasts and entertainment seekers alike, positioning itself as a cornerstone in the area’s thriving sports culture. This marks the company’s first expansion in the Pacific Northwest, with plans for a second Seattle location in the Stadium District near Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park set for later in 2025.

Brooks Schaden, co-CEO of Tom’s Watch Bar, emphasized the significance of creating dynamic spaces for fans year-round. “Professional sports teams understand the importance of the full experience surrounding their venues,” said Schaden. “Our concept not only complements live sports but also enhances the overall entertainment experience. By offering a gathering spot for fans before, during, and after games or events, we are contributing to the energy of Seattle’s sports scene, while fostering a community that celebrates the city’s rich traditions.”

Known for its innovative approach to sports entertainment, Tom’s Watch Bar offers immersive 360-degree viewing, featuring a central oversized screen surrounded by hundreds of high-definition displays, providing an electrifying atmosphere that mirrors the excitement of the arena. With digital sports viewership in the U.S. expected to reach 90 million by 2025, the venue’s opening comes at a time when demand for premium sports experiences is on the rise.

Co-CEO Shannon McNiel highlighted the brand’s commitment to quality and efficiency. “Our unique service model ensures that fans receive their food hot in under eight minutes, while our diverse menu elevates classic sports bar favorites,” McNiel said. “We aim to create an environment where fans can enjoy the game and the atmosphere they deserve.”

The new Seattle location features both expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, including an outdoor patio, along with private event options suitable for gatherings of various sizes, ranging from small team meetups to full venue buyouts.

Josh Pell, President of Premium Experiences & Global Strategy for Oak View Group, developer and operator of Climate Pledge Arena, expressed excitement about the addition. “We are thrilled to welcome Tom’s Watch Bar to our neighborhood,” Pell said. “The venue will provide an immersive and enjoyable experience for the thousands of fans who visit our arena each year.”
