A devastating incident has rocked the small community of Fall City in King County, Washington, after a man allegedly killed members of his family before taking his own life inside their home.

The horrific sequence of events came to light when a 7-year-old boy escaped the home and ran to a neighbor, urgently reporting that his father was killing his family. The neighbor immediately called 911, prompting a response from the King County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived quickly but were forced to wait nearly an hour before they had enough support to safely breach the home. Once inside, they found a heartbreaking scene: the bodies of the mother, another child, and the father, who appeared to have died by suicide.

While the full details are still under investigation, early findings suggest the case involves domestic violence. The father is believed to have been the suspected shooter.

Officials confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to the public, and the situation is being handled as a homicide investigation with multiple fatalities.
