Seattle police arrested two teenagers last Friday evening after a Domino’s delivery worker was allegedly assaulted near 7th Avenue and Blanchard Street—directly across from the Seattle Police Department’s West Precinct.

According to the police report, the 39-year-old victim asked a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl to move their electric Lime bike, which was blocking the sidewalk. Moments later, while en route to deliver a pizza by bicycle, the man was reportedly followed by the pair and attacked.

Surveillance and witness video reviewed by police shows the juveniles repeatedly punching and kicking the victim, including multiple blows to the head. The 14-year-old male allegedly knocked the man to the ground before both teens continued the assault. The victim sustained minor injuries.

During questioning, the male suspect told officers he felt disrespected by the victim and admitted to punching him. He also claimed gang affiliation and allegedly made a death threat, according to the report.

The teens were arrested roughly a mile from the scene. The 14-year-old was booked into juvenile detention on charges of felony harassment and fourth-degree assault. The 15-year-old girl, also arrested for assault, was released to a family member after the detention center declined to book her.

Police confirmed that the male suspect has a prior criminal history, including a pending stolen vehicle case and past domestic violence charges that were dropped. He had also previously been reported missing in 2024.

The investigation remains ongoing.
