Bellevue police have identified a suspect in connection with a recent homicide near Southeast Eastgate Way and are urging residents to remain alert as the search continues. Investigators say 28-year-old Samuel Hitchcock is wanted in connection with the death of a 54-year-old man whose body was discovered early Wednesday morning near a commercial facility close to 139th Avenue Southeast.
Officers responded to the scene after receiving reports of suspicious activity. Preliminary findings suggest the man was killed in what authorities believe to be a targeted act of violence. Details on the circumstances surrounding the incident remain limited as the investigation unfolds.
