Two 19-year-old males were taken into custody in Seattle on Sunday following a road rage incident that escalated into violence and ended in a car crash.

According to a 54-year-old man involved in the altercation, the situation began shortly after he pulled out of a parking space along Harbor Avenue SW. He reported that the two teens approached his vehicle, with one allegedly striking him in the face while the other brandished a firearm.

The man said he quickly drove away from the scene after hearing a gunshot. Although no injuries were reported, he stated that his vehicle was struck by the bullet.

After the shooting, the man chose to follow the suspects, who later crashed their vehicle. At that point, Seattle Police officers arrived and apprehended both individuals.

Authorities reported that multiple shell casings were recovered at various locations connected to the incident. However, no firearm has been located as of now.

The Seattle Police Department is urging anyone who may have information regarding the case to reach out to the Violent Crimes Tip Line at (206) 233-5000.
