One of Seattle’s most distinctive dining experiences is back. ELDR, the live-fire restaurant from Executive Chef and Restaurateur Brian Clevenger, has officially reopened in the Sunset Hill neighborhood, returning with a vibrant spring menu that leans into the restaurant’s core philosophy of simplicity, quality, and fire.

The name ELDR comes from the Old Norse word for fire, and the concept is built entirely around it. Live-fire cooking drives every dish, with an emphasis on exceptional proteins and grilled seasonal produce sourced from local and sustainable suppliers. The spring menu opens with standout starters including an Albacore Crudo with strawberry, chili, and olive oil, and a Grilled Asparagus with taleggio, hazelnut, and chervil. Main courses range from Halibut with charred spring onion jus and pea vines to a dry-aged American Wagyu Ribeye Steak for Two designed for sharing. A four-course chef’s tasting menu is available for $97.
